Every review from every source you connect lands in one feed, newest first. Reading it costs nothing: new reviews arriving and the feed itself are unlimited and never pause, whatever else is going on with your account.
What you need: at least one connected source. Until then the feed is empty and points you at Sources.
The Reviews screen with the Reviews and Archive tabs above a list of review cards with stars and site badges.
What a review card shows
Each card carries the stars (1 to 5), the title where the site has one, the text, the author, the date, the site it came from and the location it belongs to. A review with stars and no words says "A rating with no written review". A Facebook recommendation has no stars at all and shows Recommends or Doesn't recommend instead.
Under the text sits the reply state, so you can tell at a glance what still needs you. Needs reply means nobody has answered yet. The full list of states is in Reply statuses.
Feedback a customer sent you privately carries a Private feedback tag. It was never posted on a site, so it is answered by email rather than in public. See Private feedback.
The 2 tabs
Reviews holds everything still in play. Archive holds what you have finished with. Archiving is ours: it clears the card from the feed and changes nothing on the review site.
Beside the tabs, Approvals opens the queue of reply drafts waiting for a yes or a no. It has its own screen because approving is a different job from answering. See Approve or discard a drafted reply.
The line under the tabs says how many reviews are shown and how many are waiting on a reply. The feed loads 50 at a time and the next 50 arrive as you scroll. Show more sits at the end for anyone not scrolling.
Picking a site and a location
The site switcher starts on All sites: one feed for every source instead of one browser tab per review site. Pick a site and every count, filter and export follows it. Where your account has more than one location, the location switcher narrows the feed the same way.
Acting on a review
Reply opens the composer under the card. Assign gives the review an owner on your team. The more actions menu holds Translate this review and Archive. Open on takes you to the review on the site itself.
A single review card with its stars, title, text, reply state and its reply, assign and more actions buttons.
Archive can be taken back from the banner that follows it, or with the u key.
Replying
The composer offers an AI draft you read before it goes out, your saved replies, and translation into the reviewer's language.
- Draft with picks what writes the draft: one of your agents, or a plain draft with no agent. Nothing is sent on your behalf.
- Insert a saved reply drops a reply your team wrote once into the box. See Saved replies.
- Translate to rewrites your reply in the language the review was written in, and Undo puts your words back.
On a site that takes replies through its API, the button reads Post on and the site name, and your reply goes out from there. On a site without a reply API, the button reads Copy and mark replied: your reply is copied for you to paste on the site, and the review is marked as replied. See Reply on sites without a reply API.
The reply composer under a review, with the Draft with picker, a saved reply picker and the Post on Facebook button.
When a source loses access
A card whose source has lost access says the source needs reconnecting before a reply can go out, and the post button is switched off, because nothing sent from here would reach the site. Archive and assign keep working, since those are ours. Fix it from Sources and the card comes back to life.
What this costs
Answering by hand is free: reading, replying, copying, assigning and archiving cost nothing however many you do. An AI draft costs credits, and the composer shows how many under the draft it wrote. See What uses your credits, under Billing.
