Every reply draft waiting on a yes or a no is on one screen: Approvals, beside the reviews feed in the sidebar and above it as a link.
What you need: something that writes drafts for approval. Today that is an AI agent: a review at or below its approval band waits here before anything is posted. See Rating bands.
2 groups, not one
The chips at the top say how each draft will go out, and each one doubles as a filter. Press one to see only that group, press Show both to go back.
- Post on approval. The site takes a reply through its API, so approving posts the draft for you.
- Copy by hand. The site has no reply API. Approving copies the draft for you to paste there, and marks the review as replied.
The site and location you have picked in the switchers scope the queue as well, so an approval session can be one location at a time.

What each row tells you
The review, with its stars, author, site and how long ago it arrived, and the draft reply underneath, with Show full text on the long ones. Rows are oldest first, so the longest wait is answered next.
What the buttons do
- Approve and post posts the draft on the site as your reply. Everyone can see it from that moment.
- Copy and mark replied appears instead on a site without a reply API. The draft is copied for you to paste there, and the review is marked as replied.
- Discard deletes the draft. Nothing is posted, and the review waits for a reply again.
To change the words before they go out, open the review in the feed and edit the reply there. A draft is always approved as it stands.
You approve the words you read
An approval carries the exact version of the draft you were looking at. If the draft changed after your screen loaded it, because a teammate edited it or the agent wrote a new one, the approval is refused and nothing is posted. The row comes back with the current words for you to read again.
The same rule stops a double post. If 2 people press approve at the same moment, only one approval goes through. The other is told the draft is no longer waiting.
Private feedback is never posted
Private feedback does not wait here to be posted. An agent drafts a reply for it on the review card, for you to send by email. See Private feedback.
Working through it quickly
- Tick rows, or use Select all shown, then approve or discard the selection from the bar at the bottom. Drafts that need copying by hand stay in the queue when you approve a selection, and the bar says how many.
- From the keyboard:
jandkmove, aapproves, rdiscards, uundoes. - Watch Handled this session underneath. Every decision lands there with what actually happened, and undo still works while you are on the screen.
The Handled this session list, with an outcome on each row and an undo button.
What this costs
Deciding is a person's work, so it is free, however many drafts you clear. The draft itself was charged when the agent wrote it, and the cost shows on the review card. Approving a draft costs nothing more.
