There are 3 plans, Solo-Pro, Agency and Whitelabel, and all three include unlimited reviews. Volume is not what you pay for here. What you pay for is the automated work done on those reviews, and each plan carries monthly credits for it.
What you need: you have to own the account to see any of this. Administrators run everything else and never see an amount.
The 3 plans
Solo-Pro is $49 a month and includes 10,000 credits. It is for one business: the reviews feed, approvals, automation rules, AI agents, insights, reports, saved replies and as many team members as you like, for up to 3 locations.
Agency is $199 a month and includes 50,000 credits. It is Solo-Pro plus the agency layer: the agency panel, client accounts with their own locations, your own retail plans, and rebilling those clients at your own prices through your own Stripe account. Locations are unlimited.
Whitelabel is $299 a month and includes 100,000 credits. It is Agency plus taking our name off the whole thing: your own branding and domain, a sales page of your own, client reports in your full brand, and the AI agents shown under your own names. Locations are unlimited.

Paying yearly costs 10 months for 12 on every plan.
Locations
A location is one place your business serves customers from, such as a branch or a shop. Solo-Pro allows up to 3 per account. Agency and Whitelabel have no limit, and credits are the only limit there.
At the cap, adding a location says the limit is reached and offers the upgrade. Moving to a smaller plan never removes a location you already have: you keep them all, and you cannot add another until you are under the cap. See Locations.
What the credits cover
Every automated action spends credits. A rule action is 1 credit. An AI reply costs more, and the exact cost shows under every draft. Reviews arriving and anything a person does by hand are free, so reading, replying, copying and assigning cost nothing however many you do.
At zero the automation pauses and the feed carries on. The full list is in "What uses your credits".
Where the plan lives
On a Solo-Pro account, the plan, the meter, the packs and the invoices are all on Settings > Billing, and they belong to the account rather than to one location. Every location you own draws on the same credit pool.
On an Agency or Whitelabel account the same card sits one level up, in the agency panel under Settings > Subscription. That is what you pay us. What your clients pay you is a separate screen, Client billing, and the two never share a page.
The plan card at the top of the billing screen showing price, monthly credits and the usage meter.
Changing between them
Pick the other card and confirm. An upgrade is prorated to the day, so you pay the difference for the part of the cycle that is left and the bigger credit pool applies from that moment.
A downgrade is scheduled instead. It takes effect at the end of the cycle you already paid for, and the dialog names what closes on that date. From Agency to Solo-Pro that is your client locations, the subscriptions your Stripe collects, and whatever is left in the credit pool. From Whitelabel to Agency it is your branding, your domain and your sales page. Switch back before the date and none of it happens.
Refunds
Your first monthly payment has a 14 day refund window. Renewals and credit packs are non-refundable, and that is true on all 3 plans. If a first payment needs giving back, email support@reviewcomet.com inside those 14 days.
