    A refreshed look

    • A refreshed look across the app. Cards, tables, menus and dialogs are cleaner and easier to scan, with a new font. Every page keeps its layout, so everything is where you left it. Dark mode and your brand colors come along.
    • Overview and Insights show your reviews at a glance: new reviews over time, your rating split and how each location is doing.
    • Support puts your tickets, the Help center and What's new in one side menu.
    • Coming soon: the Assistant. It answers how-to questions from the Help center, and as your copilot it drafts replies and suggests rules for you to confirm. It arrives in an upcoming update.

    Reviews in one feed

    • Reviews is the new feed. Every review shows its stars, the site, the location and whether it still needs a reply.
    • Filter by rating, site, reply state and date. 4 saved views come with it, including Critical, 1 to 3 stars, and Private feedback.
    • Approvals is its own screen. You approve the exact words you read, so a draft that changed is never posted by mistake.
    • Sites without a reply API get Copy and mark replied. Your reply is copied for you to paste, and the review counts as answered.
    • Private feedback lands in the feed with its own tag. It is never posted, and you answer it by email.
    • Sources replaces Connections. Facebook connects today. Google, Trustpilot, App Store, Google Play and custom sources show as coming soon.
    • Locations group your sources, so a business with several branches keeps each one apart. A team member can be limited to the locations they work in.
    • Review rules trigger on star rating, site, keywords, private feedback and suspicious bursts. They can reply, flag, assign, notify, send to a webhook and archive.
    • AI agents read the stars. They post on their own only at the ratings you allow, ask for approval on low ratings, and draft everything else.
    • The help center is rewritten for reviews.

    Workspaces are now locations

    • Workspaces are now Locations. A location is one place your business serves customers from, with its own review sites, team access and settings. Nothing you set up changed, only the name.
    • All locations is a new view in the location switcher. Reviews, Approvals and Insights add up every location you can reach, and each review shows which location it belongs to.
    • Team access works per location. Pick which locations each person can reach, and everything else stays out of their view.
    • Pro includes 3 locations. Agency and Whitelabel include unlimited locations. Your plan page shows how many you use.
    • Old searches still work. Searching the Help center for "workspace" still finds the right article.
