Everything in Agency, first

The panel, client accounts and their locations, the shared credit pool with rebilling, your own retail plans charged on your own Stripe, client invites and sign-in, staff scoping and the provisioning API. Whitelabel is all of that, plus the layer that hides us.

Read what Agency does

Your name on every screen a client opens

Everything on the Branding screen edits a draft. The previews beside it follow every keystroke, and a save bar appears the moment the draft differs from what your clients are looking at.

App name

Replaces our name everywhere your clients look, from the sidebar to the browser tab. Short names sit better in the sidebar.

Logo

A PNG or an SVG, at least 128px square. The browser-tab icon is cut from the same file, so a square mark gives you both.

Brand color

Drives the buttons, the active nav rows and the links across the whole app. Keep it dark enough to read white text on.

The sign-in message

The line under the sign-in title, up to 200 characters, in your voice. A client's team reads that screen every day. Leave it blank and they read ours instead.

Our name, gone

Your clients never see us: not in the footer, not in the emails, not in the page titles.

Clients sign in on your address, not ours

  1. 1. Enter a subdomain you control

Something like app.youragency.com. It is the address every client login, invite link and email button will point at.

  2. 2. Add the CNAME record

The host and the value are printed on the card, with a copy button, and go in at your DNS host exactly as shown.

  3. 3. Press Check DNS

Propagation is usually a few minutes and occasionally an hour. Until it verifies, client logins stay on our address and client invites are held rather than sent.

Editing the domain later clears the verification, because the new host needs its own record.

A dashboard and emails with nothing of ours in them

Digests, alerts and receipts all leave under your name once your sender address is verified.

The client dashboard

Their own location and nothing else: the reviews inbox, their widgets, their reports and their billing. No switcher listing other clients, no link up to your panel, no aggregate numbers, and nothing of ours anywhere on it. What a client has is a credit pool on your plan.

Their emails

Use your own email look starts from a blank slate with your agency name in the sender fields rather than inheriting anything of ours: no logo, no footer line, and no button pointing back at our app, because 1 click on that undoes the whole white label.

The sender address

A fact about DNS rather than a setting. Until the address you typed passes verification, messages keep your look and leave from our address, because a provider either refuses an unverified sender or delivers it to spam.

The Branding screen lists which messages reach your clients under your name and which come only to you. The client-safe ones never name us and never say credits.

A sales page of your own, on your own hostname

Your plans, your prices and your accent on a page a signed-out stranger can read and buy from, with a welcome page after the checkout. The provisioning webhook turns that sale into a client location without anyone opening the panel. Everything else on our side, including the Help Center your clients read, carries your name and your support address.

What Whitelabel does not hide

The review sites' own screens. Connecting a Facebook Page runs through Facebook, and we still identify ourselves to Meta there because Meta requires it. The same will hold for Google and the other sites as they connect. Connect your clients' sites yourself and they never see that screen.

Before you put your name on it

Do my clients ever see the ReviewComet name?
Not in the product. The app name, the logo, the color, the emails and the Help Center all carry yours, and we stay out of the footer and the page titles too. The exception is a review site's own connect screen, such as Facebook's, which belongs to that site rather than to us.
How long does the domain take?
Add the CNAME we print, press Check DNS, and propagation is usually a few minutes and occasionally an hour. Until it verifies, client logins stay on our address and client invites are held rather than sent, because an invite link has to carry your domain.
Do the emails come from my address?
Once your sender address passes verification, yes. Until then messages keep your look and leave from ours. That is not a delay we chose: a provider either refuses an unverified sender outright or delivers it to spam.
Can a client work out what is behind it?
Not from the app. There is no switcher listing other clients, no link up to your panel, no aggregate number from your account anywhere, and the word credit never appears on their side. They meet your plan names, your prices and your support address.
