Closing an agency account closes the business, not one location. Every client under it goes with it, which is why the screen counts them before it offers you the button.
What you need: to own the agency account. Staff never see this tab, and we email the owner the moment a close starts.
Two things to consider first
Handing it over. If you want out of the account rather than out of the product, Transfer ownership is the first card on the same tab. The new owner takes over billing immediately, including the card on file, and you stay on as an administrator.
Pausing instead. A client you are between contracts with can be suspended and brought back later. See Pause a client.
What goes
Open Settings in the panel, then the Danger zone tab. The Delete this account card reads the cascade before you type anything, and prints it as a table headed What closing this takes with it: client accounts, staff on your team, locations and connected sources, zeros included.
Closing takes every client account with it: their locations, rules, agents, saved replies and review history. Your clients lose access the same day, so tell them first. On a white-label account it also takes the branded app down: your domain stops answering, and your clients have never seen any other address.
Replies your team or your rules already posted on the review sites stay posted. Nothing on the sites is undone.
Unused credits are not refunded.

What it does to your Stripe
Your clients pay you, so closing the business ends what they are paying for.
Where your Stripe is connected, the card counts them and says they will be canceled as part of this. That happens with the close, so you do not have to end them one at a time.
Where Stripe is not connected, we cannot reach those subscriptions at all. The card turns into a warning headed Cancel your clients on your Stripe first, says how many are still being billed, and refuses to go on until you tick I have cancelled every client subscription on my Stripe. Skip that and your customers keep paying every month for accounts that no longer exist.
The 2 confirmations
- Press Delete account. The modal asks you to type the account name, exactly, and nothing happens until it matches.
- We email the owner a confirmation link. Nothing is marked for deletion until you press it, and the link stops working after 24 hours.
The confirmation modal asking for the account name to be typed.
Once the link is pressed, the card reads This account closes in 24 hours and everything in the table is marked. That window is deliberate: it is the last place to change your mind.
Changing your mind
Withdraw the request is on the same card, both while the email is outstanding and during the 24 hour window afterward. Withdrawing puts everything back as it was, and nobody is emailed about it.
If the card says a deletion is already scheduled, one was started somewhere else on the account. Withdraw that one from Settings > Danger zone first, then start this.
Closing your own login is a different act
Delete your account further down the same tab erases you, not the business. An owner who deletes themselves and leaves the agency open leaves every client running with nobody to bill them, so close the agency first if that is what you meant.
