Your review link and QR code

Set up the page your requests point to: the review sites it lists, the private feedback form beside them, its look, and the link and QR code to share.

Last updated October 15, 2026

Every location has one review page. Review requests link to it, and you can share its link or QR code anywhere: on a receipt, a table card, a sign at the counter or in your own emails. You set it up on the Review link tab of Requests.

The Your review link card shows the link and its QR code.

  • Copy link puts the link on your clipboard.
  • Download QR code saves the code as an SVG file you can print at any size.
  • New link replaces the link. The current link and QR code stop working at once, including in requests already sent and on anything printed, so the button asks you to confirm with Make new link. Use it only when the old link has to stop working.

The page opens on a neutral web address, not on ReviewComet's own.

Choose the review sites

The Review sites card lists the sites the page offers, in order. Every visitor sees every site on this list.

  1. Press Add site.
  2. Pick the site: Google, Facebook, Trustpilot, App Store, Google Play, or Other site with a name you choose.
  3. Paste the address where a customer leaves a review on that site, in Link to leave a review. It has to start with https://.
  4. Use the up and down buttons to change the order. The first site is shown first.

You can list up to 10 sites. Changes save on their own a moment after you make them, and the card says Saved beside its title. A row is saved once its link is complete, so a half-typed address never reaches the page.

The page always needs at least one public site, so the last site cannot be removed. To swap it, add the new site first, then remove the old one. A new location starts with no sites: until you add one, the Private feedback and Brand cards say so and cannot be changed, and requests are refused.

Offer private feedback

With Offer a private feedback form on, the page shows a short form below the review sites, where a customer can also tell you something privately. It never replaces the sites: every visitor can still pick a public site. What they send arrives in your reviews feed as private feedback.

Make it look like you

The Brand card sets how the page looks:

  • Name on the page, if it should differ from the location's name.
  • Logo link, a full https:// link to an image. Leave it empty to use the location's picture.
  • Accent color, a hex value like #0f766e, used for the buttons on the page.

Each field saves on its own once it is valid.

What this costs

Setting up the page, sharing the link and every visit to it are free. Only the review request emails use credits, as described in Send review requests.
