When your credits run out

The warning at 90%, what pauses when the credits are gone, what never pauses, and how quickly things start again.

Last updated October 14, 2026

Your monthly credits reset on the same date every cycle. 2 things happen before they run out, and 1 happens when they do.

The warning

The plan card grows a warning once the meter is high: what is left, what percentage has gone, and what happens at 100%. We email you at 90%, and you can move that to 70%, 80% or 95% under Notifications. The meter itself changes color earlier, so an account past 80% is worth a look even when nothing is close to stopping.

Where we bill you directly, the same warning also runs across the top of the app so you meet it without opening billing. You can put that bar away for the session, and it comes back on the next one while the number is still high.

At zero

Automated work stops. Rules stop firing, and agents stop drafting and replying.

The rules keep matching every review and record what they would have done, so you can see what the pause cost you and nothing has to be rebuilt afterward. When the credits come back they carry on from live reviews, not from the backlog.

What never pauses

  • Reviews keep arriving from every connected source, at any volume.
  • The reviews feed, search, filters, saved views and export all keep working.
  • Every manual action stays available and stays free: replying, copying a reply, assigning, archiving and approving.
  • Your rules, agents and saved replies are all still there, switched on, waiting.

An empty credit pool is a quiet product, not a locked one. It is deliberately not the same thing as an unpaid account.

Starting again

2 ways, and both take effect immediately.

  1. Buy a credit pack. The moment the payment clears, the credits go up and automation resumes on the next review.
  2. Wait for the reset. The date is on the plan card, and the monthly credits are restored in full on it.

Nothing is retried on the way back. Reviews that arrived during the pause stay exactly as they are, in the reviews feed, ready to be worked by hand or left alone.

If your plan is managed for you

Where a provider bills you rather than us, the credit pool they set is a hard stop as well. At 100% your automation pauses in exactly the way described above, and your reviews feed, your search and everything you do by hand carry on. The meter tells you where you are, so a month that runs hot is worth raising with them before the pool is empty rather than after.
