Your clients never meet our 2 plans. They meet yours: your names, your prices, and the set of screens each price opens. The catalog lives on Client billing > Client pricing, at the top of the section.
What you need: the agency owner. Staff can run locations but never see or set prices.
What a plan is
4 things:
- a name the client will recognize, which is what they read on their billing screen and on your invoice;
- a monthly price, charged on your own Stripe account, per client account;
- included monthly credits, drawn from your credit pool, in the same unit as a client's allocation;
- a feature mix: which of the 10 optional screens the price opens.
The optional features include reply approvals, automation rules, AI agents, insights, reports, team seats and translation. The reviews feed and settings are always on and are not part of any mix, because a client who cannot see their reviews or their bill has nothing to sign in for.

Adding one
- Press Add plan.
- Name it and set the monthly price.
- Set the monthly credits. The hint under the field says what they cost you if a client burns all of them, and the line below shows what is left of your price when they do.
- Tick the features the plan opens.
- Decide whether locked screens are hidden or sold, then save.

2 plans cannot share a name, and the monthly credits have a floor of 1,000 credits.
Hidden, or an upgrade prompt
A feature outside the plan is hidden by default: gone from the nav, gone from the screens, no dead doors, and nothing naming a plan the client is not on.
Turn on Show higher plans as an upgrade and those screens come back behind a lock carrying your plan name and your price, as your own upsell. Nothing of ours appears either way. The default is off, and off is the right answer for a plan you sell as complete.
Client permissions on a plan
A plan can also decide what the clients on it may do, so a new buyer needs no pass through their manage drawer. Under the feature mix the editor has 2 more groups: what clients on this plan can do about billing, and what they may do with their own sources, locations and API keys. Every row starts on Account default, which means the plan has no opinion and the client follows your Settings, including when you change them later. Set a row and it reaches every client on the plan who has no answer of their own, and Back to account defaults clears the group again. A client you set by hand keeps their own answer whatever the plan says, and their drawer names the rows the plan decided.
Margins
Each card prints what a plan costs you at full use and what is left of the price. The number that matters is the one at full use, not the average: a client on 40,000 monthly credits who uses all of them is the worst month you have priced for, and a plan that only works when clients underuse it is a plan that fails on the good months.
Editing, archiving and exceptions
Editing a plan applies to everyone on it. The new feature mix lands straight away and the new price shows on their next invoice.
Archive takes a plan out of the pickers without moving anybody. Clients already on it keep the plan, the price and the features until you move them by hand, and Restore brings it back. Nothing is deleted.
A single client can differ from their plan in 2 ways, both in their manage drawer: type over the retail price, and tick or untick individual features. An exception is labeled as one, and setting a feature back to what the plan says clears it.
New clients
Client defaults in the sidebar decides which plan the Add client form starts on, along with the allocation, the price and the billing permissions. Changing a default never touches the clients you already run.
