Does the AI post replies on its own?
Only for the ratings you allow. Everything else waits for a person to approve it.
What if a rule and an agent both act on a review?
A review gets one reply. A rule can still notify and assign while the agent drafts.
Which review sites does it work with?
Facebook reviews today. Google, Trustpilot, App Store e Google Play are coming soon.
How do I see what the AI did?
Insights shows the totals, the activity log lists each reply and who sent it, and you can export your reviews to CSV. For a client, build a report and print it or save it as a PDF.
