Every plan has every feature for a business, and what you do by hand is FREE. Credits pay for the work done for you: AI replies, review requests by email, SMS or WhatsApp, and rule actions. Agency adds client locations, the shared credit pool with rebilling and your own client prices. Whitelabel adds your branding, your domain and a sales page of your own.

Yes, from the billing page, in 2 clicks. Your account keeps running until the end of the period you already paid for, and replies you posted stay where they are.
Cosa costa esattamente un credito?
Working your reviews yourself never costs anything. Each rule action and each email request costs 1 credit. A text or WhatsApp request costs more, by country, and an AI reply costs by what it takes to write. The app shows the price before anything runs.
Cosa succede se finisco i crediti?
At 90% we warn you in the app and by email. If you do run out, the automation pauses until you top up or the cycle resets: requests, rules and AI replies stop. The inbox never locks, so reviews keep arriving and answering them by hand stays FREE.
Come funziona la prova GRATUITA?
7 days of the plan you pick, every feature on and a batch of trial credits, with no credit card required. You can switch plans during the trial, and we email you 2 days before it ends. Add a card and the plan starts when the trial ends, at the price shown; cancel from the billing page before then and nothing is charged. Without a card, the automation pauses when the trial ends. Your data, rules and settings stay, and picking a plan turns everything back on.
Come vengono gestiti i pagamenti?
Le carte sono elaborate da Stripe, quindi non vediamo né conserviamo mai i dati della tua carta. Le fatture arrivano nella tua casella email e restano nella pagina di fatturazione. I prezzi sono in dollari statunitensi, al netto delle imposte applicate nel tuo paese.
Does the plan limit my locations or my team?
Solo-Pro covers up to 3 locations. Agency and Whitelabel have no fixed limit on locations, and team members are unlimited on every plan. Credits are the only meter. Agency and Whitelabel cost more for the client locations and the shared credit pool, and Whitelabel for the branding.

Yes. Once you run many locations or many brands, we build a plan around your numbers, with a contract on your own paper.
